Executive Vice President,
Paula Elliott joined Shorenstein in 2000. She is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources strategies, policies and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and ordinances. She also provides organizational consulting to senior management and manages the company’s benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, staffing and training governance programs.
Ms. Elliott is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northern California Human Resources Association.
Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Elliott was a senior vice president of planning and support for the Integrated E-Commerce Group at Bank of America. Prior to this position, she had multiple human resources positions at Bank of America for a period of over 25 years including senior vice president, Human Resources Manager for the Commercial Business Group, Consumer Lending Group, and was manager of Human Resources Services for the Retail Bank.
Ms. Elliott graduated from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California.
