Julie K. Burdick

Julie Burdick joined Shorenstein in 2012.  She is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing multifamily housing transactions for the Shorenstein family, including financing, acquiring, entitling, developing, managing and divesting of properties, and supporting other Shorenstein professionals in the evaluation and execution of mixed-use projects with a multifamily component. 

Ms. Burdick is a member of Urban Land Institute, the Housing Action Coalition, and serves on the board of directors for the Tenderloin Community Benefit District.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Burdick was an associate for Eastdil Secured where she was focused on investment sales of office and multifamily properties on the west coast.  Previously, she worked as an associate for Crow Holdings where she was responsible for acquisition and asset management of multifamily properties in Texas and the Southeast.

Ms. Burdick graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A.
