Eric P. Schultz

Eric Schultz joined Shorenstein in 2011.  He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing capital transactions in the Eastern United States.  He is also responsible for overseeing asset management activities and developing and executing investment strategies for a portfolio of the company’s assets located in Philadelphia and Chicago.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Schultz was an associate with LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for portfolio management activities.

Mr. Schultz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.B.A., and from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with an M.B.A.
