David Jaber joined Shorenstein in 1995 and worked as a property manager until 2001. He rejoined Shorenstein in 2005 as senior vice president, property management and construction services, with responsibility for the operational systems and training platforms utilized for management of the company’s national real estate portfolio. He also leads the operational transition process for acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Jaber is a board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco, a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management, and a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Prior to joining Shorenstein in 1995 and again later from 2001 until 2005, Mr. Jaber was a senior vice president at PM Realty Group, managing eight million square feet of commercial property located in Northern California.
Mr. Jaber graduated from California State University, East Bay with a B.S.
