Center Plaza is a mixed-use office and retail complex located in the Financial District of Boston .  The Property is comprised of three interconnected buildings—known as One, Two, and Three Center Plaza—that are arranged in a crescent shape along Cambridge Street between Somerset and Beacon Streets across from Boston City Hall.  The Property has large, efficient floor plates and high ceilings that offer ample natural light and good views—well suited for conversion to open, collaborative-oriented space. We have plans for major upgrades to the ground floor retail promenade, including improvements to the streetscape, storefronts, signage, and lighting, will enhance the property’s image and significantly increase the value of the retail component. Other planned improvements to the property include lobby renovations, a bike room, common area upgrades, restroom modernizations, elevator cab improvements and other base building work. We are also exploring adding an additional 25,000 square foot double-height glass “box” to the top of the building.
