1709 Chestnut is located at the intersection of Chestnut Place and 17th Street in the Union Station neighborhood of downtown Denver, one of the most exciting new urban mixed-use neighborhoods in the country. Designed by Shears Adkins Rockmore, the proposed project consists of two highrise multifamily buildings with approximately 500 apartments including studios and one and two bedrooms. Common areas including a pool and rooftop clubroom, approximately 20,000 square feet of street-level retail, and 500 spaces of structured parking.

The site is adjacent to Commons Park, a Whole Foods Market, and anchors the western end of Denver’s three block long transportation hub which includes a light rail station, the underground local and regional bus station, and the soon to be completed heavy rail connection to the Denver International Airport.
