Jeanie Rainer

Jeanie Rainer joined Shorenstein in 1998. She is responsible for managing the company’s development activities nationwide, including site evaluation and acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, project management, initial tenant improvements, debt servings, and contracting.

Ms. Rainer is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as president of the board of directors for the historic Paramount Theatre of the Arts in Oakland.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Rainer was a facilities design and construction manager at Blue Shield of California.

Ms. Rainer graduated from UC Davis with a B.S., and from California College of the Arts with an M.F.A.  She is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
